Refund and Returns Policy
At Laptop Wala, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to offer quality products and reliable services. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase or rental.
Purchases
1. New Products
- New laptops and accessories can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, manuals, and invoice are included.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing components will not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Refurbished/Used Products
- Refurbished or used laptops can be returned only in the case of:
- Hardware defects, or
- If the product is Dead on Arrival (DOA).
- Such returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- Cosmetic issues not affecting functionality are not considered valid reasons for return.
3. Custom or Bulk Orders
- All custom-configured devices or bulk orders are non-returnable, unless:
- A return agreement was made in writing prior to purchase.
- The products are defective and covered under warranty.
Rentals
- Once a rented laptop or accessory has been delivered, returns are not accepted.
- If the rented device is found to be faulty or non-functional, we will:
- Arrange for a replacement, subject to verification.
- The replacement will be provided as per the rental terms and agreement signed at the time of order.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI).
- In the case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, and bank details will be required from the customer.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
